I'm Braydon, founder of Deckhand Strength LLC. A Navy veteran, strength athlete, and National Academy of Sports Medicine certified coach who believes that real strength is built through discipline, grit, and most importantly a clear plan.
I created Deckhand Strength for athletes and everyday lifters who are tired of guessing in the gym and ready to train with intent.

My Background
Before coaching, I served as a U.S. Navy Gunner’s Mate, where discipline, precision, and physical capability weren’t optional, they were the standard.
Since then, I’ve become a lifelong student of strength training, studying programming, athletic development, and biomechanics to help people become their strongest selves.
Everything I teach comes from experience; in the military, on the platform, and in the gym.
